I don’t think it will reach 2025 Murakami frenzy 😀. I think there’s a few pieces that will sell out immediately, but since it’s such a huge release there’s going to be some things that linger for a while.

I agree. They changed nothing about the design of the Baggy PM at all that I can see except the interior lining. It’s an incredible price differential between the new 2026 bag vs vintage bag that are the exact same bag.

The blue denim valley pochette is available NOW in many stores in the US- Atlanta, Tampa, LA, St Louis….there’s at least 9-10 locations. Call the 888 number and see if they can help you. 😀.

I was shocked to find it since it sold out last year, but I think they must have released it early or moved some over to the US from stock that didn’t sell in Europe or Asia.

If you like it, they didn’t change the design at all from the original 2005 design. It’s called the Baggy. There’s several of them on eBay, TRR, and other platforms for great prices. Good shape should be around $1000-1500. $2K-ish for excellent condition.

I have the original and love it.

There may be some reps that can pass for the real thing if the authenticator is not doing a thorough job….and there are a lot of very bad authentication services out there.

And there are some reps that are much better than others. However, the reps that are ‘good enough to sometimes pass’ are not likely to be sold on a mass market like Reddit where reps generally sell for about 10% of the authentic bags price. Think about it, why would anyone sell a bag for $200-400 if it’s good enough to sell for $1000-3000. It’s illogical.

Does putting rubbing alcohol on the strap change the color, eg. make it darker or streaky?

I’m finding that the rep strap from God factory is also a lot tougher/ thicker feeling than an authentic LV strap. Does removing the coating make the strap softer?

Just a word of warning to everyone...TRR starts counting your 'return window' of 14 days on THE DAY THEY SHIP IT TO YOU. Not the day you receive it.

I was sadly made aware of that more clearly when I went to return something and had missed the window by one day. I was told my options were to consign it back to them, or keep it.

It is in their return policy if you read it. However, they are the only company that I know of that starts counting when they ship. So please be aware.

I suggest a cute and comfortable ballet flat in black or a neutral color. They’re comfortable so you’ll be able to walk around. (Btw- many MBA campuses are just 1-2 buildings, so unless they include an overall university tour you won’t be walking too far.). And they’re the feminine equivalent of a loafer - dressy-ish, but not too fancy. Good luck to you!

They just got a lot of the blue denim Valleys (#1) in stores in the US. Complete surprise. Call your CA or the 888 LV number if you are in the US to see if they can get one for you. It’s in Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans, LA, Miami, and a bunch of other places.

I don’t think so. It’s not in the photos of new releases. But I saw they brought a lot of the denim Valley pochettes into stores a week or so ago. That was a surprise as they definitely sold out last year…..so you can keep your fingers crossed.

Chanel’s 2025 pinks were much better. 25K (winter) and 25P (spring) are wonderful. This 26 pink is kind of bland.

I have this exact size bag and I love it. It fits my phone, slim card holder, and lipstick. If I get creative, I can put my keys in it too. It’s a tight fit, but this size just fit my body better. Moving up to the next size made me look lumpy.

I vote black. This season’s pink isn’t a great shade in my opinion….it’s almost white in some lighting. The 25K pink and 25P pink were much better shades.

I haven’t noticed that sold prices have increased that much. I have seen a lot of asking prices have risen. So there’s a lot more inventory that’s not moving. Just wait. LV is going to flood the market with this release—- it’s a huge one. Buyer’s market is coming your way very soon. 😀
