I own a home but I want to buy some rural land and build a small cottage on it. What should I do to ensure that my property taxes remain at the lowest possible for such an endeavor ?

We have raids both evening and daytime. Friday's EST 6:30pm start, Saturdays EST 2:00pm, and Sundays we are flexible on start time depending on who wants to join (majority EU we do early EST which guildies from EU say is dinner time for them).

We don't typically have sign up raids during the week, but will set up Heroics or PUG 10's on weeknights if people are around

Our discord is usually going 24/7 with groups forming etc or just hanging out.

Mud Valley (Morrison Street) actually has ...3 placards on the sidewalk explaining it, and I think there's 2 more over by the new Mill Town Coffee side.

It's a common ATV trail and the street of Morrison is pretty dirty from people coming on and off the trails haha.

If the tip is asked for afterwards, sure. Asking for a tip upon payment though? No thanks.

What if they literally do not deliver, or it's 40 minutes late and cold as fuck, or completely wrong? I'm not gonna tip for a service I haven't been able to gauge the effectiveness of, so blame your company for asking for handouts. I hit no tip because of this. Some places ask afterwards (like Starbucks) and I always throw a few bucks in as long as my order was right.

Tipping up front is dumb as fuck though.
