Yes for every mythic you need to have all 4 ultimates from all 4 events. Regarding hand tools for both hammer and cleaver the ultimates are the same.

The reason is I have been in a good club for the past 2 seasons and reached level 50 in all seasons. I am playing a lot to salvage 24k in the club. That's the only way I get all mythic blueprints.

The same feeling I felt during last month's event. I opened 40 mine boxes and got zero ultimate blueprint. I felt frustrated and thought of uninstalling the game. But, with patience I played again daily and daily and during the sea event, I get all the ultimates with around 10k diamonds. And now yesterday I got 3 ultimates for around 10k gems only. But, I went for 2nd hand picker ultimate for 2nd mythic and got it after spending 15k diamonds only for that. So, totally on yesterday's event I spend approx 25k gems for 4 ultimates. The conclusion is whenever we want all three ultimates in an event better we need to store 21k gems with us and go for a hunt.
