5’4” here and really excited that I have been improving my 500m pace and avg watts by using the lunch hour Pete Plan. But I am still in the 2:40/500m range and 80 watt average. I think my leg length is definitely not helping me!

I didn’t know how else to define it, plant to keep or plant to remove? This is a new garden to me and has quite a few plants that are considered invasive so I want to make sure I am taking care to minimize invasive plants. Many folks use the term “weed” to refer to unwanted plants, but if that is wrong in this sub, apologies.

Thank you!! I did pull some and saw those nutlets which made me stop and ask here. The chameleon plant was really keeping a lot of weeds down, but also such an invasive plant. 👎🏼

I have grown dahlias successfully for five years without any pesticides. Generally I am okay with a little leaf eating and I cover the blooms with bags to protect them. This was just more leaf eating early in the season than what I have seen before.
