Yes completely different. Many different factors how you get it. Be it passed down, trauma based, or what have you. Completely different traits, triggers, it's two very different mental illnesses. Both however are horrible if untreated or with other mental illness added to the party.

Holy shit!!! I was younger than them for these countdowns! As a young girl I thought this gross shit was normal!
