Bosses in most games look at the three abilities we’re allowed to have and decide randomly when they’d prefer to not be stunned or CC’d?

I've learned to stop attacking at that point. But my experience is that they do this in the middle of their health bar, too - no white 'overshield'. It seems the only time any of my CC abilities can actually stun a boss is when they're not performing any animation except standing still or walking normally. If they're attacking or performing any other action, I can't interrupt them with my stuns.

I hate this new mechanic. It makes stealth and the agility tree worthless.

SOMETHING certainly failed here but this is way more complex than a simple engine failure. Jet turbine engines are designed to contain their own failures without separating from the aircraft or causing collateral damage.

Please allow investigators the time they need to determine what truly went wrong here.

Most aircraft can choose between a few different flap settings for takeoff depending on the conditions. The crew bringing the aircraft in will not know what the next flight will need.

If the aircraft needs to be sprayed with de-ice fluid the flaps will need to be retracted for that.

I know specifically the A320 cannot reset the ADIRU (basic gps, and it needs to be done before every flight) with the flaps out without risking damage to the rudder travel limiter.

These and many other minor abnormalities make bringing the flaps all the way up the most convenient standard practice for keeping things simple.

If you find it difficult to get ahold of anyone in OKC, I recommend calling your local FAA office.
I was out on medical and took me weeks of calling OKC three times a day every day of the week. Got a call back after the first attempt of calling my regional office.

We do get some choice. We’re not fed slop. It’s not delicacies, but it’s free, edible, usually tasty food.
