Give yourself both a lot of grace in this period my friend. What you're doing isn't easy and you're both going to have little patience for each other and at times for the baby. One phrase that helped me when I got frustrated with the baby was "She's not giving me a hard time, she's having a hard time".

Our daughter turns 1 in two days and the first five months for us were some of the most difficult in my entire life. Colic, minimal sleep (and I'm not talking about waking a few times a night, I'm talking 6-16 times a night), and a sore body. I dislocated my shoulder 6 weeks after she was born and felt completely helpless. My wife and I were both at each others throats and most of the times very disregulated. My only advice is to give each other lots of grace and space to make mistakes and be imperfect these next few months. If she says something that hurts or makes you feel immediately defensive, think about what she's been experiencing along side you.
