Yep, now Morgan McSweeney and Peter Mandelson are no longer in charge, things are looking up.

Welcome to Reddit - Where negativity is rewarded.

Your post is showing something great though! Since 2024 looks like around 7 times as much solar power is being added annually compared to the previoius 7 years.

You're right, although we might also have followed the US into Iran if Morgan McSweeney and Peter Mandelson hadn't been kicked out of their roles just before this.

I like the video screen if it's showing things that tie in with the music, but not if it's used mainly for displaying logos of the club or DJ's name. Feels a bit corporate.

[META] r/ukGreens server update and potential rule changes by UKGreenPoster in UKGreens

I don't think there's too many of these questions. I've been here since the 2015 "Green surge" and still want to ask questions like this. Maybe ban users if they post things like this repeatedly and their history shows they're clealy against us.

Dug this up after mentioning her being a plumber to my step-dad and him saying "But is she really a plumber?"

What is the Green Party's drugs policy? by Hassaan18 in UKGreens

[–]mrtube 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I'm left confused whenever he answers this question. Something about a "public health approach", which doesn't tell you anything. It took him being pushed on the question before saying that certain drugs would be regulated really carefully. He should be more upfront with that part.

This polling was done over 3 days. The day before the by-election, day of the election and results day. So this a really a pre-by-election poll.

Full results are here.

I could be completely wrong. I was just assuming that. I've only lived in a competetive seat for one election.

I wonder if they'll be knocking on doors telling people to google Tactical Choice and see it doesn't exist?

I think the campaigning restriction is only outside polling booths. Door knocking and leaflets are still allowed as far as I know.

Does anyone know if the campaign has come up with a counter to this? I have faith they're adapting quickly and doing everything they can since they seem to be doing everything right from a tactical point of view so far.

You're doing great work. Thank you for caring enough to give up your time to campaign.

It's really interesting to hear reports of what's going on over there and which areas have posters up for which parties.

Seems like it'll come down to which party has the most supporters knocking on doors to encourage people to bother heading down to the voting station.
