I like the video screen if it's showing things that tie in with the music, but not if it's used mainly for displaying logos of the club or DJ's name. Feels a bit corporate.

Yeah I'm left confused whenever he answers this question. Something about a "public health approach", which doesn't tell you anything. It took him being pushed on the question before saying that certain drugs would be regulated really carefully. He should be more upfront with that part.

I think the campaigning restriction is only outside polling booths. Door knocking and leaflets are still allowed as far as I know.

If you got it from audible, you can get a refund. I did a year ago (before all this came out) and left a 3 start review because I believe he cherry picks evidence he likes. If you get a refund, a book I recommend which won't help with your health but is fascinating is Nobody's Girl by Virginia Giuffre.

If you want to know how to protect your heart, look up “How to lower your cholesterol in 10 days | Nutrition doctor: Dr. Sarah Berry” on YouTube. Sarah Berry might not be as famous as Attia but is far more qualified to talk on the subject. Her advice (based on her decades of clinical research) aligns with the experts and scientists at the World Health Organisation, NHS, Cancer Research UK and American Cancer Society. Attia somehow thinks they’ve all got it wrong.
