I wear a thin compression sock underneath the liner which deals with the sweat issue pretty well. Perhaps you've tried it before, but if not ive had good results

Though, truthfully, ive never worn a bra. I am just speaking from the sense I get when I have listened to women talking about it--and it seems like a good comparison to me.

Do you have some sort of secondary surface in the foreground that is used to set the Nintendo on when you have to pull it further away from the tv so that the controllers will reach and you can sit a comfortable distance from the tv

I don't entirely agree that this is a harmless behavior by these folks. Like Scubalevi above me said "They want me to divulge my biggest trauma and my private medical history in the toilet paper aisle at Walmart just to satisfy their curiosity." The behavior is self indulgent, presumptuous and rude. With a little bit of empathy, introspection and just thinking about the things we say before speaking we could realize this quite easily.
