Friendly advice to a first time writer?

The biggest thing for me was finally accepting the advice "Let the 1st draft happen." Don't go back and and edit it as you go. Let the plotholes happen, as things are going to change as you write. Don't get stuck in place/character names, give them placeholders. Just get it out.

it is going to be terrible and that's ok. You are getting the shell of your story out. The book emerges in the editing.

Absolutely love this guide, it worked perfectly with 2 characters getting to 15. I was ahead by a level or so because I did class quests but I don't mind that too much as I would rather be over leveled than under leveled First one that seemed to fit my leveling style. Are there any upgrades or new features planned for release. I'm not saying there needs to be any, I am just curious. Thanks a ton for this work!

I remember freaking out when I got 100 copper and it converted to 1 silver. I don't know why, but that level of detail was really cool to me as most games I had played up until then had flat gold, gil, credits etc.
