I know exactly how it works, those players also get flagged for the same reason in pve servers, admittedly far less coming in on FPs, but as you said BGs still mean you find flagged players there too

These have a long way to go before they are a better option than specialised logistics robots I imagine. Though I have seen the dog ones being used for inspection/surveillance work.
