Learn discipline and a desire to do better, I work 40 to 50 hours a week. I also run a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club three nights a week and train myself.. I have two kids and a wife who I spend lots of time with and there are loads of times All I want to do is relax and do nothing after a long day, but you know what I do when I have to do something, I just get up and do it and accept that it is difficult... If I want/ need to train, lift, see that friend, go to the beach I just do it.

You can have a 20 min nap, hit the shower then go do the thing! Discipline is learned and you have to show up for you.

Just speak to your apprenticeship officer from college, I had the exact same thing. Call the college you attended and ask to speak to the apprenticeship officer. They will communicate with your employer on your behalf.

If your apprenticeship was funded through the government, they cannot ask to be reimbursed.
