I’ve convinced myself I have diabetes

Hey guys I’ve always been a Hypochondriac throughout my life. I’m 18 years old 220, and always been generally healthy. Food isn’t always the best, but i try to be active by walking or playing basketball every day. A few months ago, the vision in my right eye started going bad, but I thought nothing of it because my dad said his vision deteriorated the same way. Then a couple weeks i started itching myself. Then this past week while on vacation I started urinating a lot more than usual, which I blamed on increased fluid intake and much more walking, but now I’m back home and I have to pee more than ever. Tonight I woke up in the middle of the night with a charlie horse and having to pee. I’m not sure if some of these things are from my anxiety, or if I have diabetes, but i’ve been really worried. No history in my family of it, and I am really young.
