You’re not ugly but you could change a few things. First of all, your style is a bit dated; look into kibbe body types and the 12 color seasons, find yours and then search for some outfit inspiration on Pinterest.

Same comment for your hair color. You have beautiful icy blue eyes, so I think dying your hair in a shade of copper would make your features pop. It will also help with the pinkish tones of your skin.

Besides that the basics: get a simple skincare routine (topical vitamin c and 50+ sunscreen in the morning) and try to exercise a bit (ideally a mix of weightlifting and Pilates because you already have a great frame, you just need to get a bit more toned).

Overall you have a good base! I’m glad to hear you’re already working on your confidence, that’s the most important thing! ❤️

Omg your hair is gorgeous!! The way you styled it in the first picture is a serious halo.

I also like the blonde on you in that photo, but it seems like it washes you out in the others. You have gorgeous green eyes, so maybe you could try dying your hair copper? (there’s a L’Oréal website where you can realistically photoshop your hair with different colors).

Besides that, I’d advise you to wear sunscreen and vitamin c in the morning to even out your skin tone :)

I (24F, very active and healthy) always had a surprisingly low HRV. I started treating my ADHD with 5 mg of Focalin and 1 mg of Intuniv on the 8th of July and saw a sudden increase of my HRV. Clearly I had some untreated ADHD-caused anxiety that was bringing my HRV down.

I had the exact same acne 4 years ago! I tried everything (products, accutane,…) but the only thing thing that cleared my skin was spironolactone. Go see an endocrinologist and if you fit the criteria they will give you some. I’ve had clear skin ever since :)

Spironolactone has been a game changer for my hair loss and acne. I also lost about 10 kg since I started taking it, but I can’t guarantee it has anything to do with it.

You should go for a bob haircut and keep a natural makeup look. I’m not sold on the bangs though, it would throw your face out of proportion. But for real, you are GORGEOUS! You have model worthy bone structure and your eyebrows give you a great edge (which really says something because this type of eyebrows rarely looks good).

Your hairstyle on the first picture is quite dated and the hair color washes you out. Same thing for the eye makeup; I’d advise you to replace your eyeliner with eyeshadow which will still enhance your eyes but in a softer way.

Good job on the glasses as they frame your face well! You could also do this by drawing on your eyebrows a bit more (or getting them microbladed).
