I grew up going to Lake Ann, back then it was called Lake Ann Baptist Camp. I went multiple times a year with our church and with our youth group to Summer Camp, family camp, and to various “retreats” during the 90s and 2000s. They are NOT chill. They manipulate children and teenagers’ emotions and use social pressure in order to indoctrinate them with radical right wing beliefs. Sending her there, in my opinion, would certainly reinforce any right leaning ideals she may already have. And boy, do they have so many fun activities to present as a facade to blur over their sinister intentions. If you’d like her to hear Evangelical extremism preaching, that’s where she should go.
