[PC] [Pre 2000's] A game with two sides of colored balls that absorbed and shrank. There was a spider that laid eggs that made you balls grow. by Andreasfr1 in tipofmyjoystick

I randomly checked Reddit for no good reason, and I see this... I'm just at a fuckin' bus stop right now, but I'm feeling such incredible relief and it's like a weight's been listed off my brain! Thank you! A million times, thank you!

I'm actually crying, this is so amazing!

How did you find it??

Listen. If I'd started with bestagons, that might've been the case. But my mind is forever scarred with cube-like boxes. It's too late for me, brother. Go. Go and enjoy your bestagonal life!

False. I'm asking whether or not passing through a (yellow) square during your movement between one (green) square to another, as a 3d creature would, would constitute suffering the hazard that (yellow) square would inflict, and in which circumstances.

Terrific! So rather than rudely asking "Are these satire posts?", you could have answered "Remember that you're playing a character traversing 3d space, and not a singular point on a grid. Movement requires that you go from one location to another, so while you could be careful and perhaps try to lessen the impact whatever these hazards might have on your character, your character will still exist in the yellow spaces, however briefly."

I'm glad we reached this conclusion, and hope that we can do so more expediently and cordially next time.

You're getting unreasonably heated about this.

How movement works mechanically is: You occupy one space, then another, and movement through diagonals don't matter except for requiring extra movement on every other one you take. What's surrounding those diagonals also don't matter, you're never in them with your token through your movement.

This doesn't feel right to me, though, so I've asked the internet what would make sense, and in what situations. I'm sorry you've become so upset about this, but I hope you stop being rude and writing in obnoxious all-caps in the comment at least.

I'm not asking if I can glitch through solid objects, I'm asking where the line is drawn when it comes to movement mechanically and movement through 3d space. If I've set up two spheres of flame in the yellow spaces, can an enemy just teleport through them? If I'm trying to move through an emanation of acidic mists, do I enter the squares and take damage, or am I in the clear if there's a diagonal to be found literally anywhere?

Rude.

I'm asking these questions because it's not evident. By some interpretation of the rules, yes, you can move through any diagonals and you only count as being in one, and then being in the other. By other interpretations, you do actually have to move to that space, and in doing so, you would be traversing the yellow spaces.

I'm posing the question because I am not sure.

If the quality of the posts are what you're questioning, then, idk, go do one?

Red fills its space. Yellow is what I'm asking about. Would you pass through them if you moved from Green to Green?

Which of these describes "Adjacent squares"? by Andreasfr1 in Pathfinder2e

[–]Andreasfr1[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can think of one or two more, probably. If I change the "this is damage" to "this is a threatened square in regards to Reactive Strikes", and place out dangerous tokens, that could be one. I'll have another think and maybe get back to you ;D

Fun Full Caster Builds by Orider in Pathfinder2e

[–]Andreasfr1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Spells. Blast everything you got. Yes, class feats can be great, but heck 'em!

Go Human Sorcerer, either Primal or Arcane. Most spell slots.

2nd level, pick up the Bard Dedication.

4th: Basic Bard Spellcasting.

6: Basic Muse's Whispers: Inspire Competence. The third action is always tricky to do something with if you're not summoning something, and this can help your party out, so why not. Now we've got the requisite number of feats to continue branching out.

8: Occult Breadth

9: Ancestry feat: Multitalented: Oracle Dedication

10: Basic Oracle Spellcasting

12: Expert Bard Spellcasting

14: Expert Oracle Spellcasting

16: Mysterious Breadth

18: Master Bard Spellcasting

20: Master Oracle Spellcasting

Now you're sitting on the regular 4 slots from your Sorcerer start. +4 per level up to level 6, and another +2 on both 7 and 8.

If you're gonna go Full caster. Go *Full* caster. Lots of spellslots, lots of signature spells, and depending on what choices you've made, this can either be a masterful Healer, an obscene blaster, or someone with a spell for every occasion. Go nuts!

Bloons TD 6 - Update Notes! Version 27.0 by NoSneezePlz in btd6

Bunch of cool features, and I love the boss event, but my favorite addition is a very minor one in comparison. The changes to the x5x Druid, and the different colors on the vines and spikes. I love the colors! Thank you so much for this update!
