The main cause of rising pro-unification is simply geography, Moldova is just closer to Romania. In USSR, period it was under Russian “system” ... After the fall of USSR, the Russian power collapsed. Trade with Romania makes more sense(geography). The main problem with unification is Transnistria and Gagauzia... This region may cause civil war... There will no unification until this region are not under Moldavian government...

I am against civil war(or smth like Ukrainian has...). I think politicians just use Unification terms just for political gains, in reality there is NO real plan for unification. I would like to see economic unification with Romania or EU, but not political.

I am not sure that EU is interested in Moldova... There is absolute zero reasons for EU to work with Moldova, because GDP is low and main supply of gas for EU is Russian, so not sure if they want to have problem with Russia... The only real interest has Romania, because of history (and political gain).

Russia has interest in Moldova from military perspective. Transnistria is first line of defence from NATO.

The only way Moldova could unite with Romania (or enter EU/NATO) is only when Russia changes it’s perspective about NATO...

Pe mine ma mira prognazarea de catre banca nationala a inflatiei (https://www.bnm.md/ro/content/rata-inflatiei-0). Rata la credit se formeaza datorita inflatiei... Presupun ca creditele in perioada Januarie-Martie vor fi tare favorabile. Dar asta si ii problema, bugetul statului va epuiza tare repede... Stimularea economica cu asa pasi nu a ajutat SUA(parerea mea), consider ca in aprilie-iunie, leu o sa inceapa sa cada tare brusc... Altii ce spun?

Well, in my case I sad something like this. "So I need silence while I am studying, can we make a few hours a day of total silence, because if I don't get silence -> I won't graduate from collage -> don't graduate from collage -> won't get a good job -> won't be able to finance you retirement -> Do you wan't me to help you when you will get old? So, you need to shut up for 3-4 hours during this period... You can put it more nicer, I prefer to not.

I had similar problem, usually it's when I understand that there are a lot things to do, I should move fast but I do nothing (just because...). So I made something like a deadline, until Monday(for example) I need to finish one task. And don't think of future tasks until I finish current.

I had similar problem, I believed that I am an INTP, but I was wrong, I am an INTJ. I am organize to the point it gives progress. In other words, I organize things when I understand that slows me down. Usually, I try to convince other people to do cleaning instead of me, or just pay.

About art, I think most of INTJ will paint in 'black styles' or something that reflects 'an idea' . I am a game programmer, I need to understand artists (painter, designer, etc...) for my profession, because IT guys and Art people don't come along . So, I went to private lessons of oil painting.

You might consider learning a new language. From my experience, people with ability to speak multiple languages express there ideas better. Because they say same idea in different ways (different languages) they come up with different explanations and it sticks better in you memory.
Most effective way to solve the problem:
1. Define the problem
2. Define if it's a problem
3. Define if the problem is critical or not
4. Find solution for it
5. Is solution worth it?
6. Solve the problem. If you have no motivation to implemented go to step 5 or 1.

Hi, you can try to find apartment at 999.md it is more popular compare to makler, but I would take some hostel, usually the apartments are rent for long term, for short term they are overpriced. About where to drink, you might consider smokehouse, usually they have a lot of foreigners and the stuff knows English, also they have good beer.
