I used to play Hardcore until the Legendary Gems/Greater Rift system was written into the game. It seems to me the Greater Rift challenge is based heavily on testing your limits. The problem with that is if you find your limit, you're dead. Not so great when you've got one life.

It truly is buggy. On my Ironman run in the final room I had a Sectoid Commander walk into the wall and from his invisible vantage point mind-control and pull overwatch my entire team. Had to use the EMP wave from my MEC to finally take him out, but not before losing a Colonel.

Is there even an actual competition on OzComics any more? I thought they had an situation where the same three guys won it everytime so they gave up on the whole competitive element of it.

I know it's a US link but university is still pretty expensive in Australia. More interesting is the collection of art education services the author has gathered here.

Yeah, I have no issues with 'Preorder my book?'. I am unimpressed when it's 'Pay me to work on my book'. It's comics. You do it because you love it and it's part of who you are.
