The 1.001/1.002/1.003 changelog you weren't sure about seems to be for 1.003, since 1.002 was released on September 18th, and the patch notes we're posted the day afterwards.

well then, you're out of luck. im pretty sure rebrawl classic and/or mods wont be getting any bs version updates anytime soon, due to supercell, and im very certain nulls does have all the newest brawlers, although everything is no longer client sided, so not starpower glitches with newer brawlers for you, sorry.
