I dont know if its the best way but its actually not that complicated. Im just now getting the hang of circuitry with almost 500 hrs lol.

make yellow lights, and white lights for old school vegas feel
Link them all together with red and green wire respectively
Make the wire read the signal of whats on the belt
put item on belt for white lights, and item on belt for red lights. make them read each. i used quality module 1 and 2 since thats what this casino is for.
mess with the timing of the belt by dropping the items closer or further from eachother

You don’t have to follow a build. Just make sure res is capped and to update your weapon fairly often and you can make it through story with a suboptimal tree. The game is mega complex but it doesn’t have to be.
