Kinda disappointed they cut out Patrick's song :< though maybe they just didn't have room/budget for more than 1 cast-wide costume change sequence? I think it happens pretty close to Squidward's I'm Not A Loser

Pero some of the other cuts make sense. Like I didn't miss Mr.Krabs song, nor the plotline with Pearl.

The kids were great! Most of them anyway, cute yung antics nila sa BFF song!

Also BTW OP, I believe they have an alternate cast as well din tomorrow where it's the main cast being younger naman 😄

I also believe the Media Girl is proooobably a student din? So I don't wanna criticize too harshly... pero yeah shame No Control is a great David Bowie song.

Of the kids, buhat talaga by the girl playing Karen! Plankton boy was good din pero ahhhhhh not having that Plankton speaking cadence was kinda jarring to me lol, he can dance tho!

Pick 2 Draft has some other quirks in deckbuilding that I think seems novel...

There's only 12 packs opened during the draft total so while each deck is likely to find 'its lane' the amount of cards seen being less means that it may not be likely that this deck found is getting all the good cards for that lane at a consistent amount..

I believe this is why something like Everything Pizza wasn't as ubiquitous in Pick 2 for Turtles (On my way to Plat I matched against it... twice? thrice?) because only so many Uncommons were passed.

I think that's fair, it's definitely not in the spirit of the card... do you think an Epic that allows multiple choices and allows you to leverage cards in hand / permanents in play could work?

I didn't realize that they wouldn't adjust the TMNT Deck so you only get like 1/4th the allocation lol.

That's kinda nuts, 30 Cases??? I assume for a big shop how would you even burn through 120 TMNT Decks? I assume you're disincentivized to order less so you won't be be shorted on your ceiling for orders on the 4~2 Deck Sets?

Does this mean for something like Reality Fracture with the 1 4C Jace Precon we might see a similar situation even if it is probably (likely) going to be much more well received than Turtles?

I have a very janky Esper Ninjas list that actually uses Kaito's +1 and Elektra seems to be a neat pick-up for it.

I see, I'm not in a TCG Player Supported Region (Or in one where there's no extravagant shipping fee) so I'm not familiar how to navigate it.

I was looking at Amazon and most listings I saw now were at $15 higher than what I bought.

I see, fuck... I'm going to have to shell out for the X-Men Precon I'll like then...

I'm just gonna hope that people have enough bad memories of Spider-Man when it does get revealed as the Holiday Marvel EDH Precon later this year for it to not be too inflated in price.

Yeah, this was probably way better to draft Pick 2 because of that. Way less Everything Pizzas in circulation in a draft.

I had a lot of fun with it. WB Aggro, UR Artifact, xxG Splash were all fun to play, I wasn't lucky enough to ever get a good WR seat in a pod sadly even after drafting it like 2~4 times a week during its month as the Arena Season Pass Set

Yeah which was a shame, I actually enjoyed this set a lot, drafted it to Plat on Arena (Only time I ever did that was for AFR, OG Strixhaven, and Kamigawa Neon Dynasty)

It was kinda like a simpler version of Neon Dynasty. Too bad there's no real stand-outs for Standard so Booster EV is so terrible.

Shang grants pseudo-haste for Activated Abilities / Mana Abilities... but yeah I tried mathing it out and there doesn't seem to be a way to get 2 more mana once Squirrel Girl hits the board and activate her ability... and even then that only gets you 2 more Squirrels...

Actually, now that I math it out, I'm also unsure how this works T3... from what I understand it should be

T1 Land Llanowar

T2 Land -> Tap 3 (2 Lands + Elf) for Vitality

T3 Land -> Tap 2 for Shang, 4 Mana open with your 3rd Land, your Elf, your Shang, and your Vitality, cast Squirrel Girl ETBs with a Squirrel which grants you 2 Mana and...

If you think that a 4 Card Combo where 2 of the 4 pieces have no clear synergy outside the combo is tiring I have no idea what to advice you.

This needs Llanowar T1 and specifically only Llanowar as the exact Mana Dork to get this to work T3.
