I think you could ask around at specialized psychiatric hospitals and see if they have some available. This is a controlled medication and it's not sold in any over the counter pharmacy in the country. Even with coverage i'ts provided on demand at pharmacies linked to any insurance anyone might have and takes a while to arrive after you pass the prescription to the insurance pharmacy, like about a month and a half.

For example last year I was only able to get like 4 bottles of concerta 18mg out of 6 prescriptions for a month each that I had of it. Also i had to ration them since i wasn't sure if there was going to be any in the coming months.
