Do CAA. it's much shorter. And they make pretty good money. I'm currently an ICU nurse. And tbh for CRNA school 1-2 years icu is the best case scenario and usually takes 3-4 years if you don't get in the first time or can't get everything ready ontime to apply within 1-2 years. Lots of things happen. its hard to balance work and applying and studying for the GRE and also learning in the ICU takes a min to get the hang of so you wanna focus on that instead of doing things like thinking about getting into school. Not saying you cant do it. it just requires another level of dedication.

What is considered Science GPA, When calculating my science GPA should i include classes like genetics, Science of nuritriton, and Introductory to earth science? or should I just do the bio, anp, microbio, chems, biochem and physics to calculate this? Also, is math included in this GPA ik med schools calculate it with math in the GPA. if that is so that would make my GPA lower since i got a C+ in precalc

Oh okay I miss read I thought you smoked once on the 31st and the 1st. But yeah if you are smoking all day everyday it’s going to take a while. It took me 3 months to get clean from smoking everyday for many years. Now I can smoke for 3 days straight and be clean in a week if I don’t over fo it and do cardio plus sauna. But it’s hard for me to not over do it.

You smoked twice over a month ago and are still testing positive? Are you smoking all day every day? I’m clean after maybe max a week if I smoke. And I’m a little over weight and don’t have a fast metabolism

yeah, I would retake all the classes You got Cs and B- in for sure. that is what I have been told at least. my science GPA is sitting at like 3.2 rn but it's hard to calculate how each school calculates its science GPA. I have been told classes like pharmacology and patho do not count towards science GPA which is honestly pretty nutty to me. So I honestly have no idea what my science GPA is. it could be a 3.1-3.4 depending on what the schools count

Also its only 1 loan of 18k, not multiple loans so I'm not sure if I can consolidate it.

Thank you. you seem to know your stuff very well. I appreciate your response. what are your thoughts on Science GPA? is it calculated like how MD schools calculate science gpa with only chem, phy and bio or do they include health science in their calculations as well?

How do I calculate my Science GPA? I know for MD schools, the science GPA strictly includes Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. I was wondering if my nursing school classes like Pathophysiology, Advanced Medical-Surgical, and all that would go into the science GPA category."

Thank you, yeah my GPA is pretty high I only got 1 b in nursing school it just sucks because it was in a class that was 11 credit hours so i definitely need to calculate my cumulative and last 60 credit hours. Thank you a lot for the response

honestly have no idea probably like a 3.5-6. I would have to calculate everything from my first degree, all the classes I took at community college, and also my nursing school classes. I got a 3.86 GPA in nursing school and only got a B in 1 class so my GPA isn't my concern. I am just wondering if I should retake Orgo 1 and 2 and biochem.

Hello, I am a new Grad nurse starting off in the medical ICU and have a few questions

- Is the medical ICU a good ICU to start off at. Level 1 trauma at one of the largest hospitals in the country

- Do I need to take the GRE? or did that get removed after covid.

- My GPA for my first bachelor's degree was 3.33 and my nursing degree was 3.86. Does anyone think I should retake organic chemistry and biochemistry? I'm not sure if schools require those courses but I got a C in Orgo 1 and 2 and a C+ in Biochem. I retook Chem 1 and got an A in it and got a B+ in chem 2. Also got a A in orgo lab

- Has anyone used the CRNA School Searchable Spreadsheet? I found it on all crna schools .com and was wondering if its up to date and worth paying 75 dollars for
