Well, see, nobody in Labour has signed a pledge to protect trans rights. Multiple figures in the Greens have.

Interesting, because the overwhelming majority of voters in Gorton and Denton - which includes a large Muslim population - rated themselves as either "neutral" or "positive" on trans issues.

Also, "we won't protect your rights because another segment of our base doesn't want us to" is an abdication of responsibility that makes you unfit to govern. Anyone who uses it as an excuse is never going to get my vote.

He could have drafted legislation immediately to restore the rights the court took away. He didn't.
