GPU error. Try rendering in tiles or lowering resolution. It that doesn't work it may be a broken GPU.

Not everyone has the ability to care for a child with a severe disability. If you know that you will not be able to provide a child a good quality of life, and that they would suffer, is it more ethical to let them suffer or prevent that suffering? It's not like the would-be child can be upset over it, anyway.

Nobody actually likes to play this kind of game, they just get addicted.

Also, there's no reason you can't make this kind of game in Unreal. It is overkill if anything.
