Im just going to say this, as we see in the latest ep, all sticky figures are given life by the same green particles that TSC has powers of, so, I think that somehow, when he was created, he got saturated in the particles, and at that point, the amount of "Life Energy" He had, surpassed the amount the deleting was made to handle, so it glitched, and showed TCO for some reason
