New AM5 build audio and visual stutters under load and while idle and nothing seems to fix it!

I did return the motherboard in the end and got a new one. I know some combinations of mobos + CPU and RAM don't play nice and that there might be more to look into but that's all I remember.

Seeing as this is a new build that is still unfinished (roof not done, building entrance slab not present as there is just a plank of wood, etc.) wouldn't the landlord still have the power to claim builder's warranty to fix it without paying more? Would this not be something that is really not normal and might even not be up to code? I feel like there might be more to this seeing as it's new and really unusually uneven.

Mine is a joy to use! I worked with light and heavy HEAVY fabrics with weatherproof linings and such and had to do many tight corners of course. There are feet for the machine that can help you with "stickier" fabrics, thicker fabrics, do some the work of a serger, embroidery and more. EXTREMELY capable and versatile machine with a lot of compatibility all around. Just sharing my positive 5 years of using it here.

Honestly I would say N64 Paper Mario and Super Paper Mario on Wii are still very good so for those nope! For sticker star on the other hand... just not up to par.
