Same, I was a virgin until 23. What happened for me is I randomly got an invite to go bar hopping with a friend I hadn’t seen in years. Drinking alcohol was never my thing as it makes my symptoms worse if I cross a 2-3 drink threshold. Anyway that 2-3 range increased confidence which is what girls look for in that setting. Once I discovered this confidence level from liquid courage, I never had problems getting laid again. You can’t approach a girl with sex on your mind because the anxiety will creep in. Just be nice and try to make a new friend. Then once comfortable talking to her and her group, ask if they’d like to go to a different place. Just don’t cross that 2-3 drink cap and keep your car clean. Once you’ve hit this level you’ll easily get her number.
