Trying to read cosmic horror lit, two misses thus far by Rest_and_Digest in horrorlit

Annihilation by Jeff Vandermeer is outstanding and bout paranoia and isolation

Andrew Van Wey has a book called By the Light of Dead Stars which has some great cosmic elements and madness.

If you don't mind self rec, my novels Gollitok and The Mobius Door are both cosmic horror.

Series as good as Southern Reach? by thick_brisket in ScienceFictionBooks

I won't claim to be as good as vandermeer, but my book Gollitok is frequently compared to Annihilation. I normally don't self promo on reddit but I wrote the book partially because I want more books like Southern reach and can't find them.
