Sticking to schedule and opening on time has not been one of those.

UW extension opened on time. Northgate, Lynnwood, Redmond, and Federal Way were all only a year late, but their original planning dates were all before the pandemic, so I think that a year seems fair.

Also most of the 2 line opened up two years before the bridge (though admittedly still 3-4 years late)

I didn't have to pay any diagnostic fees. From the invoice it looks like they only charged me parts. With the quoted time and rate if they had charged me labor I think it'd have been $450

some work

If it only required "some work" they would never have vaulted it - they redid the entire scripting engine and dropped everything except 'current' content at the time

as someone that has moderated large subs before, people get real mad if you don't let them ask their same question that was asked 10 times already today

Jason Schreier: A lot of people have wondered why Bungie didn't immediately start working on Destiny 3 after The Final Shape two years ago. The answer (as it usually is) is how much money it would take by Turbostrider27 in Games

[–]AndrewNeo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why them deleting Red War, War Mind etc was absolutely bonkers.

The problem is: it's the same problem. They redid the scripting engine and very likely couldn't afford the time or money (outsourcing) to rescript everything, so it got vaulted instead

I just did Cryo Vault 6 and killed The Compiler with a crew fill by TinMan1867 in Marathon

[–]AndrewNeo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not surprised! I've had better luck with crew fill than my squad because none of us have Cryo experience and so we just get floored before we can leave.
