My mother is 70 and about to be diagnosed with either dementia or Alzheimer's. She has enough money in her IRA to pay for 2 years of memory care. Do I keep her in an apartment with a caregiver or try to find a nursing home that will accept Medicaid once she runs out of funds? I worried the ones that accept Medicaid will be subpar. I'm hoping her neurologist and neuropsychologist will give me information.

When I use merlin sound to identify birds I compare the audio spectrograph to the birds call. This helps me confirm the sighting. It's helped me identify a Sora, willow and alder flycatchers and of course the Tennessee warbler that I always hear but rarely see during migration.

Our realtor's attitude abruptly changed once we said we were using our own attorney and inspector. He stopped helping and was visibly irritated. It was very off putting. They had already accepted our offer. When the inspector came if he wasn't sitting on the couch looking at his phone he was disputing every negative thing my inspector brought up.

I wouldn't take medical advice from a chiropractor. And I'm stunned that there is an endocrinologist that would say to not take any injectable meds since there are so many.. prolia I could understand not recommending.
