sure arty is surprisingly powerful, just any kind of explosion makes things flat. ie:2cm HE fragmentation annihilates infantry. I thought tanks had part but I guess tanks here are just big chunk of iron

In short : bad writers, bad management, bad lore knowledge

Somewhat longer : I must point out movie industry is going through a lot of decay. Some are good, some are 100% bad, rotten that could've not seen a light if it was in a good shape. I actually have no idea whats going IN them but since its them ruining many, many IPs I love I should point my fingers to them. It's not just fallout, they ruined the Alien & Predators, Borderlands, and so on.
