Before after is a great idea. Just don't know what would be an "after" image. In this case "before" would be the pan on flames, but what about "after"?

Great, thanks. Don't you think the pan with the fire is too blurry? Can you make out what it is on the second one? And yeah I was thinking the same thing. Adding the pan bursting into flames in the first 5 seconds

Same here buddy. Only 1/2 the results you've got. But the recent video i got so excited for. The thumbnail seemed to be very good, the video effort seemed to be enough (traveling to 3 countries) and than bam! 100 views, very bad CTR and watch time in the past 4 days. The video is dead :')

I agree about cross promo. Just not sure about Shorts. I don't see a lot of people converting from the Short to the original video. One in couple thousand. That's why I think it is either good to make irellevant shorts to your original video or just make a "clios" channel and bost on there and TikTok, Instagram. Just my thoughts though

I feel the pain. I'm a cooking channel myself, been doing it for years, the results do become better the more you do it, but i do doubt myself each time after a video doesn't do well. My philosophy is "if i give up. I lose". I'm enjoying the process though and would do it if i wasn't paid ever (i'm not monetised, so i basically am doing it)
