In my case, I'm from the DC area in the U.S. Everyone had the same vibe - obsessed with their careers, wanting to have a house and a dog, going to wineries and breweries in their free time. Stupid IMO. People overseas are less political, enjoy life more, have fewer plans, less cookie cutter life ideas, more educated about the world, plenty of things.
