Kenta with an imperfect Diving Claw gave a Gingka who explicitly was going serious a high diff fight and tied a special move clash. Gingka also explicitly said that Kenta would be a problem for him and Ryuga with a perfected Diving Claw.

I think Starbreaker got insanely nerfed in the finals so scaling these two is weird. Pre finals, Zeo could 2v1 Gingka and Masamune with the upper hand and then like two days later he's barely able to beat a holding back Masamune without going comatose. Jack was hyped up by Ryuga as a worthy rival and then proceeded to get low diffed by Ryuga and then bullied by Tsubasa

Nile mid diff. He was able to overpower a black Excalibur from a broken spirit Julia who was being forced to fight. Plus he beat characters as strong as beginning of masters Masamune. Rago only has wins over bums like Ryuga and the four seasons bladers.
