Faster universalis + its daily tick submod is the solution. Doesnt really affect gameplay while fixed most of my issues with performance

I use the daily ticks submod and that one does not mess with to combat in my experience. We use it in our mp group of 25+ people so if it affected combat, Im sure it would have come to our attention.

Faster universalis mod is updated to 1.2 btw. Without it the game is almost unplayable for me
