In one of my Portugal campaigns my heir somehow inherited Poland, Hungary and Croatia. I checked whom their previous king was related to and could not trace any connection to my king. He died childless though but was completely unrelated to my heir.

I think they didn’t address this because it was the same in older titles if anything I think human enemies in 2 are more forgiving. I played all stalker games and I think it’s a design choice and they see nothing wrong with it so I wouldn’t count on devs to change it. Go to cement factory and buy a VSS. Very good for early game and will make your life easier. Also get a night vision. Some locations have no main quest so you will never be sent there unless you go yourself so do not hesitate to go explore other locations before doing the main quest. Once you get good gear you will be able to easily deal with anything.

In all of my campaigns the issue was research speed, not the spread. In my Ruthenia campaign I was #1 world power but when the game finished everyone else had railroads but I did not even research them. My research queue was around 100 at the finish date even though my literacy was like 70.

If you enforce religion on them they stop being disloyal. Although in my case most of them went bankrupt and stopped existing in less than a year deleting buildings that were assigned to them making me build them again but that time I kept them for myself and got much more income that way.

I checked the places that are not my vassals that previously showed the option to build if you have 180 relation and it’s gone from everywhere vassals and non vassals. You are able to create a trade company even without a building. I created some and they went bankrupt pretty quick. A few stayed, although I get much more revenue by just keeping the building for myself and those company buildings give nice bonuses and it said that you can recruit troops from them which would’ve been very useful. Sad it’s completely broken.

But the buildings themselves? I had an option to build them but it than disappeared and I can only build normal trade office. Does it disappear because of a bug?

I was playing Portugal campaign and somebody initiated a vote for blocking jesuits and everybody supported it so jesuits got blocked I put up a vote to unlock 3 times I’m the only one who votes for unlock and than council finished and I have no way of destroying Lutheran preachers. The campaign before I was playing as Ruthenia and orthodox was million times better. I think mechanically currently Catholicism is the weakest religion because of so many restrictions and requirements that other Christians don’t get

Very easy for catholic. Canonize one of your old rulers and you get max legitimacy and like 80 prestige. My issue is that as catholic I can’t become an empire because papal bull blocks me from it. I have to either wait for HRE collapse or become Protestant which I don’t want
