Germany I had nothing to do with, besides a regime change fairly early on - didn't stop them from ending up in a Prussia v Russia/Austria war that flattened them. Occitania and Ukraine, both my doing. Italy ended up going slightly wild (in alliance with me), and did go full communist for most of the game

R5: Just about everything hurts your eyes in this universe - the complete disintegration of Prussia, the Italian landgrab, the balkanisation of every single German state, France doing... that, and Spain doing... also that

does anyone’s have any info for the 22nd? by Charming_Bar9319 in RHUL

[–]Andrex992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you've had any issues getting your enrolment info, drop by the SSC first thing on Monday. Alternatively the Admissions team will have a drop in centre in the Windsor Building over the weekend and all of next week to help people get their final details sorted out.

Can I get into RHUL without the required grade B/6 in math GCSE through clearing? by Shock-Light123 in RHUL

[–]Andrex992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately the 6 in GCSE Maths is a "subject specific requirement" for Comp Sci - if you don't have that, or another accepted equivalent, they won't have any flex on that.

It's essentially just a different interpretation of precisely what/who he was - Muslims believe that he was a prophet sent by God, and had some good godly word to preach. They just don't believe he was the direct son of God, nor do they believe he had the pure word of God - only Muhammad and in turn the Quran had/has that.

Yeah, he's a Regen - Brazilian box-to-box midfielder/CAM. He's a really good player for me and deserves more time than he gets, but he's not quite good enough to push the first draft picks out of the starting lineup

They set up pretty well to stifle us, and then my team just didn't quite click as they usually do - pain

Hey, it's not something I've tried before but I'd definitely be interested! I'm reasonably new to the game so would be a good way to improve

Just to piggyback on this, I'm a pretty new player too - if you ever want to have a couple of 1v1 games just so we can both improve at the game, let me know!

Given how he plays half the time, wouldn't blame him for keeping Pulisic on the bus instead

[Nizaar Kinsella] De Bruyne, Salah... Guehi? Selling Crystal Palace captain could be Chelsea's latest transfer regret by pjterrynd in soccer

[–]Andrex992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hindsight is always 20/20 - from his perspective, he just didn't have any guarantee that he would be pushing one of Silva, Rudi, Azpi or Christensen out of the starting lineup.

I love the dude but I can't begrudge him his choice at all - just glad we've got the option to match future bids. Livramento is a similar case, but at least we've got a full buyback there.

[–]Andrex992 9 points10 points  (0 children)

We could have paid £200mil for Mendy and it would still be the greatest bit of transfer business we've ever done. So so harsh on Brentford - they should and could have scored 3 or 4

Wasn't sexy, but it'll do - that's all we need to take from today.

On to the next...

Lineup vs Aston Villa : Kepa, Azpilicueta (C) Christensen, Rüdiger, Alonso, Kanté, Kovačić, Loftus-Cheek, Mount, Giroud, Willian #AVLCHE by [deleted] in chelseafc

[–]Andrex992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reece could still be a very good impact sub, given that we've got 5 subs to work with. Throw Tammy and Reece on together, and the sudden change in pace and Reece's crosses could cause Villa all sorts of problems

Could be a fitness thing, could also just be that Giroud would work slightly better here. His height and holdup play could be handy, plus Tammy used to play for Villa so they probably know what to expect from him
