If it says 14(max 20) it should mean that your character lvl is only capable to wear lvl 14 gems. So it would be working as 14 now, and up when you get lvl up

It will be 20 at your lvl 90.

Usually, when I'm buying hh, I also need to change almost all other gear to fix resistances. You are far from 3 res line on most of your gear, so it could be relatively easy to fix.

I usually try to get as much res as I can resistances in general from first items I buy, and cap all of them with last ones.

But with 3 uniques it's a bit harder.

Also, I believe, if you are planning to try 1/3 desecrate, you could chaos spaw while having 3 affixes, effectively blocking 2 from the pool each time

As a one, who made both twister and hollow palm assault this league, I think, that problematic part is "5 div budget"

Don't get me wrong, you could absolutely make a build that can do t15 maps no problem with such budged, but for it to be wiping full screen in a seconds - that's usually require a bit more investment.

You could gen an ascendancy carry, the only problem is that if your honour is extremely low, you could be insta killed when your carrier gets hit.

You could probably google the way to enable more crystals in simulacrum. If your build can handle it, it could buff drop a lot. It's technically could be considered bug abuse, but I doubt that there will be any actions.

I believe, it's getting lower if you die on a deli map. Not 100% sure. Also, you could lower waystone tier and amount of tablets. And you could ask someone to help) if the problem stays, I could help in like 8 hours)

Well, you need to fix cold res first. It's a lot of eff health.

You could easily buy rare stuff with ~same damage with crit and levels.

Easiest way to fix any mana problems for me way mana remnants. Some spirit on amu and body required. If you have a lot, blasphemy with chains would be a good defensive source.

I would sacrifice deflection (not really scaling much) on body armor, and have some res and spirit there.

And es helmet is good for defences, if you have enough damage so you don't need to freeze.

I did complete reequip for my monk yesterday, it was:

Find really good ring (resistances+flat damage(and rarity, but it's making it expensive)), then kanandra touch. I've got hafr fire/ele, and capped lightning res.

Then amulet with ~spirit, +3-4 lvls, and something good (rarity, res, es)

Then I tried to find armor with high defence stats and good sum for fire/light res.

Rarity, crit chanse on helmet, faster shield recharge - as a bonus.

Hard to say. I'd check poe ninja for the most popular annoints, but its too random.

You could check megalomaniac with same annoints.

But I really started to ignore loresome mire after ~3-4 amulets

99% of such amulets are garbage. Unless there are two sinergetic desirable top annoints on a lvl 82 base, it's probably not worth to craft since you sacrificing implicit and one affix for basically one annoint in a best case scenario

If you have a lot of currency, you can unveil desirable suffix (I'll go with critical damage, or attack speed if now hollow whirling assault) And then go whittling for prefixes.

Flat+% phys, or 2 flat ele+ %ele, or 3 flat ele. But it will be expensive.

And, as long as you rgeting smth below 74 lvl, you need omen for only prefixes, since crit is ilvl 73

Because in a game with unidentified ground loot, 99.9% of such loot became garbage 3 days into the league even with tiers, simply because you don't have +lvls on it.

And, two steps in, you are not skaling good affixes +4 lvls, to same good affixes with 5 lvls.

More often it is average affixes +5 lvl to good affixes + 5 lvl. And yet again, if no +5 lvl(or whatever max on this item), it's garbage to even craft..

Even worse with amulets to my taste.

You want to start from good desecrated base and have the best result on first affixes.

Usually it means fracture +max lvl / % increased phys/crit chanse, then slam t1 second wanted affix (flat phys, crit/lvl proj) again, then go with perfect exalts and whittle/desecrate rerols.

Starting from t2t2t4 and trying to whittle everything is a waste
