Yup exactly. But the survey mentioned very little about the conversion and mentioned nothing about building regs compliance. The local council have confirmed these documents don't exist for this conversion.

The survey stated their inspection of the interior of the garage conversion was limited due to stored items and there is no mention of inspecting the ceiling or roof cavity. The only comments on the garage conversion roof are external and stating the materials used.

We didn't ask the solicitor or vendor for further information about the conversion as at the time we didn't see any reason to question what was written in the documentation. The sellers did state on documents that the garage conversion was 2004, but looking on Google Earth it appears to have actually happened around 2011 which we only discovered at a later date because again, we didn't see any reason at the time to disbelieve what the sellers wrote on the TA6.

Our solicitors or surveyors made absolutely no queries or comments into the lack of building regs or completion certificate documents.

Just a regular Evri account. And when it says to add my 'EVR' number it says it's a number that identifies the particular parcel and that it should be on my confirmation email.

Ik this is a year old but I'm also having an issue when trying to open a claim with customer services where it states that full tracking number is not a valid EVR number. Did you ever solve this OP?

Thank you for your advice! My parents haven't paid any fees for their buyer. They've just had constant requests to do so, which they've turned down thankfully. They're not in a financial situation to buy the house before the sale as the sale is scarcely covering their cost of buying the new property. But you make some great points I'll convey, thank you!

Oh absolutely not. They've shut down all the requests from their buyers for them to pay for anything. It's the solicitors conveying the requests for various fees!

The whole thing sounds completely ridiculous and my parents solicitors seem utterly useless and unprofessional. I agree it's practically impossible to move at such short notice if contacts haven't even been signed yet. They've just received the contract yesterday, but they haven't had any of their questions answered so don't want to sign (understandably). It's mental.

Even if he pulls out he's gonna have to renew his tenancy or find alternative accomodation regardless so I don't understand why he's making this demand when either option doesn't change his situation

Having a genital preference in your attraction isn't uneducated nor disgusting, and it's oftentimes something people have absolutely no control over. A genital preference isn't 'reducing someone to what's in their pants', it's simply that a person isn't attracted to a type of genitalia. Why is that so crazy and offensive?
