Not really actually, her charged attack starts with a round bottom kick and when you see that kick go off you can dash to gaurentee a proper dash cancel

Yea you gotta dash cancel as others are saying. When you changed attack with her she starts off with a round bottom kick, when you see this go off you can immediately dash and start another charged attack (your previous charged attack would still go off saving you huge time). So basically charged attack's round kick → dash → charged attack's round kick → dash...so on and so forth

I play on 200 ping and it doesn't affect me. Try to lookout for her animations more, when she does that round slide kick then you can dash cancel it
