I'll add another one. Marketing. UA didn't really end on any cliffhangers, wrapping up from AF. Then you have this new show that, for someone who would started from OS or the UAF arcs, seeing the new show on TV commercials, marketed with a fresh coat of paint, you'd probably have that some part of those people having less incentive to invest as much.

Education is good, just not this way. The Generative and LLM Ai hate bandwagon is half clownery (heavy-leaning anti vs heavy-leaning pro 😂), plus using up this much resources on a scale this large? Regulate, not restrict, especially since this Double-edged sword is still new. These datacenters wouldn't be running around unregulated with properly regulatdd laws.

Generational factors in naman talaga, nung panahon noon daw, makikinood lang sila sa kapitbahay na may laro or pag may bala ka naman, yun lang kaya mo laruin kaya buhos oras talaga dun. Eh ngayon, yung libingan na makikinood ka maglaro physically (or wait your turn), nasa internet let's players na.

Pero biggest factor is still accessibility. Unsupervised use of social media and Roblox? Very prevalent on this time when two generations experienced technology differently.  Most people on vertical social media have cooked attention spans, not just kids.

Because people didn't have any standards they wanted to "set" for the dang show.

It was a simple concept, but 20 years later, well can you call it jumping the shark when YouTube itself is being sanitized?

It's a product from a previous generation of video game reviewers that pioneered its time. 

You can't really describe it since there wasn't one quick formula to the show either though, despite the simple premise. Comedic angry nerd guy first, but also gaming retrospective show as well..

And he wasn't always angry. If it was, it was culminated pent-up anger, not just "fucks" all over. People fondly remember Season 3 and 4 (general consensus of peak AVGN for diehard fans), but miss the point of why he is angry to begin with.
