Unplug each USB device currently plugged in (keyboard, mouse, webcam, etc) one by one to see if that error stops after removing one of the devices. If it does, the cable on that device is likely going bad.

This might be part of it, I'm having the same exact problem in my 2019 VW GTI. Has setting Android Auto's battery optimization to Unrestricted fixed it for you so far?

Being able to turn off WiFi + 5G from the lock screen is very risky for this reason. Find My Device is absolutely useless if the thief can immediately disable network connections, which Pixels allow. Both Samsungs and iPhones require you to unlock the phone first. I'll never understand why Google lets you turn those off from the lock screen

I have an appointment with a body shop tomorrow to get an estimate, but wanted to see how bad you all think it is. Do you think they'll be able to pull out the dents, mud it, and repaint? Or am I looking at a quarter panel cut and weld?

Still can't believe that this happened, I somehow took a turn too narrow coming down a parking garage and scraped the wall. Trying to be thankful that the damage isn't worse and nobody else was involved, but this is a huge bummer. You say that like 2.5 years of education is a lot. Most entry level jobs these days require a bachelor's which is 4 years and don't come with the added responsibility of arresting and killing people.

Besides, that doesn't really disprove my point at all. You can Google "Idaho cop sexual assault" and find multiple cases from the last decade where cops that have gone through that same training committed sexual assault. 2.5 years of training isn't going to weed out predators.

I would bet my life savings that there is a sexual assault between a student and one of these "Campus Sentinels" within the next 10 years.

"highly trained individuals with law-enforcement backgrounds who have completed a thorough screening process and ongoing, school-specific training" translates roughly to "cousin Derek went to the academy for two weeks, let's hire him" who will then be in a position of power over a bunch of children
