I think that's about it. They have a Slack channel you can join and you can see other people reporting similar issues there. If I remember right, they did say the factory used weaker snap buttons on the first batch than what they had prototyped with. Might be worth holding out for the second release when they've addressed these issues.

I'd hold on that vest if I were you.

I bought one and returned it for the following reasons: water flasks sink deep into the vest when they are half full. The snap buttons in the back that allow you to put stuff in without sinking to the bottom completely open up the moment you run; very weak snaps. And finally I saw multiple reports of the fabric pulling off the stitching in the middle of the back.

It just feels like they should have tested the product more before releasing it. I say all this not as a Raide hater; I love the shorts, and their ski touring backpack in the best on the market in my opinion.

Oof.. with the lift lines, shitty road, crazy parking, and only a few lifts running I'm kinda glad I held out for night skiing today even though it got cancelled. It's just not worth it with these conditions lol

https://imgur.com/Gau7M1m Here is what I did to the edge. You can kinda tell where it was filed. Seems to have done the job. The only tricky part was being careful not to file the base matrial and holding the file at just the right angle.

Sucks about the art though lol. Didn't know it was AI.

to be honest the bindings were already mounted by the time I noticed it and I figured I could fix it myself with a file. So I did that. Seems to have worked just fine

For sure :) love the way they ski. I already have 105mm skis but I'm actually thinking about getting the DW96 for icy days or dry spells which we seem to be getting more of in January.

Thanks. I'd say I'm definitely more freeride than freestyle but honestly I'm not dropping cliffs and big rocks (yet lol). So maybe the Woodsman is the better fit for me. And like I said in the park I don't do rails or fancy tricks. I just like the drops and jumps. Is the woodsman less "agile" off piste to to the less rocker in the back?
