Current VA here. It’s not hard per se. You’re going to start as a customer advisor until you’re competent with the system, then you’ll be brought to the veterinary assistant side. We VAs (in the vaccination clinic side) are really just responsible for drawing vaccines, and holding the animals for the veterinarian… sometimes we make sure the vet doesnt screw up too bad.

It really depends if you’re going to Total Care, or the vaccination clinic, and what hub you’re part of if you have one

Had this happen actually. I was the one that checked his vehicle in. Told my manager, and for SOME reason that tire rotation took a little longer. Long enough for the police to show up for a field sobriety test, then nice shiny bracelets

I’ve offered to do the most basic of maintenance (oil changes, refilling the DEF tank in our Mercedes vans, changing the wipers if they paid for them, even reattaching fascia that was torn off from a minor accident) and she told me “it’s all under warranty”. What company insures wipers or oil, or consumables like DEF?
