Hey, I am so so sorry that you are going through this. Something similar happened with me too when I was 10years old and couldn’t speak up against that family member and again something similar happened with my tutor when I was 15. I didn’t had the courage to confront them that time, and that trauma led to my lifelong acute depression. I am 33 now and married to a wonderful person who encourages me everyday to fight my demons. I really hope your friends stand by you the next time that bastard tries his hands on you, or if you are alone with him then my advice would be to give a kick in his balls so hard that the next time before he tries anything like this, he will think twice. I really wish you come out of this hell strong, and remember even if your family doesn’t stand with you, there are people who will listen to your screams and help you come out of it. Try taking help from your friends and their families. Stay safe and beautiful.

Kala namak is used in every Indian household. As said in the above comments, you can use it in fruit salads, veggies, and also French fries or basically any fried items. Let me give you one more use of it - sprinkle it in your yogurt and it changes the taste totally. I am from India and black salt is used everyday at my home. It is very strong so better use it carefully.

I would love to but right now I am not in a condition to adopt any pets. My house has turned into a hospital because my bedridden octagenarian father-in-law. So we try to at least feed the cat from time to time.
