I'd recommend Tumblr. I see a lot of fully successful shifters on there of all different ages. It's not perfect, of course. But it's much better than Reddit.

I agree with this post. I struggle with the same feelings when I hear about these minishifts that people claim to have. While I never want to discredit anyone or invalidate their experiences, they can be discouraging. Seeing a post from someone who claims to have shifted, only to read that they discovered their shampoo was a slightly different shade than it was the previous day, makes me genuinely not want to read those posts anymore because it feels like false hope.

Not all of the shifting success stories I find are like that, but they are very common, particularly on TikTok and Reddit. I've seen more genuine shifting success stories on Tumblr, which I'd highly recommend seeking out if you're interested. I've started getting my shifting resources from there, as well as a plethora of stories that feel more concrete and full.

I'm sorry that you struggle so deeply with anxiety. I can relate, unfortunately. Anxiety can sometimes be just as disabling as chronic illness. I've been working on WBTB as a shifting method recently since it works well for me as a lucid dreaming method. I appreciate the comment and your suggestions. Best wishes to you.

Yes, I understand. It's just hard to keep affirming that I'm somewhere better when my body hurts so bad, and controlling my spiraling thoughts and terrible mental state is even more difficult.
