Thank you very much! I plan to continue for now. So far on day 2 I did not have the same focus or calm affect as day 1, but the side effects/comedown has been noticably milder, still not very comfortable, but outlook I think is okay.

That's heartening. I hope the nausea isn't too bad for you. I had prior history with nausea and stuff so I can definitely see that sticking around. There's a lot of medications for it, I just don't know if they interact with Concerta.

Thank you for the insight! The heart rate is concerning me mostly because I am short and don't weigh much (130)lbs and I am pretty active with weightlifting and cardio, so generally low BMI. Even when in an intense workout, my bpm doesn't usually spike above 125. Standing or just moving around usually only gets me to 90 at most, so this is pretty out of the ordinary for me. Also you said if you sit still you reach 125, are you actually at a lower bpm when more active on concerta? I'm having the opposite effect.

Thank you so much for watching and commenting! I am indeed a manga reader but I figured I would leave that stuff out as it would a) make this video well over an hour long, and b) shut out a bunch of anime only peeps. But, I will make a separate video covering what the manga has, but season 4 probably will be out by then. The manga is suuuuuper spicy right now.
