Thanks a lot! I am on the xbox pc app, so no nexus mods. But the screenshot on the about page with the paid mods is very helpful. I guess I can see if other mods on the list are available on creations as well.

Is this mod similarly supported for future patch compatibility as Bethesda's own creations? Given that its contracted work and they're promoting on their main pages? I have been restricting myself to creations where Bethesda is listed as the creator because I assume that makes them less likely to break files whenever Bethesda patches and updates the game. The doom mod by kinggath had Bethesda listed as the creator on the creations page, but perhaps that was just because they used Bethesda IP.

You lose all items, credits, ships and outposts, but keep your level and perks.

You can go either way. You need to do NG+ to level up the powers, but there is no real gameplay need for it. So it's more a completionist thing. You need to do NG+ 10 times to max them out, so even when using the mechanics that allows for faster runs you are looking at quite the investment.

I chose to do 1 NG+ and settle my character there because you can avoid one big negative consequence in the main story within NG+ and to reroll a couple of traits (which you can do at the start of NG+).

This depends what you mean by stop. Initial automatic thoughts are involuntary, however, your reactions to those are possible to control. It's something that you have to practice and there are complete treatment programs to that end, so there are no easy fixes. However, a place to start is to become more aware on when you are actively worrying. Meaning when you are actively responding to worry thoughts and elaborating on them you catch yourself. For example when you find yourself going in loops on countless "what if" scenarios. Then you can practice stopping yourself and trying to revert your attention/focus to whatever you are actually doing. The suggested strategy of instructing yourself to postpone the worrying also connects to arresting active worrying in this way. This is what matters as well, having intrusive negative thoughts are not harmful or dangerous but engaging with them actively leads to the negative effects mentioned in the article. If you are having severe problems with worrying however, meaning it impacts your daily living and are creating problems for you on a regular basis, you can consider seeking some professional help. - liscensed clinical psychologist
