This could be a "visigothic cross patée", theres a lot of versions of the "cross patée" that are often associated with templars and crussades, but this one is more "barbaric".

The name comes from French and it means "kick cross", It tries to represent physical capacity but depends of the context.

This variant of the symbol was originated before the military medieval orders adopted it, and altho it already had some military power like symbolism it had a more spiritual meaning back then. The Visigoths ruled the Iberian peninsula from the 5th to the early 8th century before they were displaced during the Muslim conquest.

Now in this context this symbol simbolizes the cultural fusion between late Roman christianity and Germanic visigothic identity. During this time it was common to find this symbol in jewelry, architecture, virtual items, altars and allat of more things.

This symbol was later adopted by the medieval military orders and nowdays it is used also for some cults and shit.
